Refund policy

Lots. Anything carrying a Lot No. (vintage, archive, one of one, or sold with a condition note) is final sale, backed always by the Provenance Guarantee.

Press photographs. Prints are final sale apart from the Provenance Guarantee. Viewings can be arranged at 1733 Abbot Kinney before purchase.

New goods. Pieces carrying a Stock No. can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, or exchanged for another size where we have it. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging.

How to return. Write to admin@the3cc.com with your order number. Return shipping on new goods is paid by the customer. Returns can also be dropped at 1733 Abbot Kinney Blvd, Unit D, Venice, during opening hours through December 31, 2026. Refunds are issued within five business days of the return arriving.
